Born & raised most of his life in Roatan & the remaining if his youth in La Ceiba.
For as much as I can recollect about our childhood, I can recall him & I always doing "bro" things like ridding bikes, playing soccer with our younger brother, spinning (Trompos in Spanish) playing marbles, climbing the mango trees & him throwing me in the river in hopes of making me learn how to swim( Until this day, I still can't swim!) Some of you may have known him to be a great certified Dive Master, he never failed to scare the fellas away from me all the way up until we was out together last, he sometimes took me to Sunday School in the Methodist Church where he was also baptized.
He was giving 3 nicknames, his Sunday school friends nicknamed him "Dilow" and he is most know him as "Puto" & some know him as Babaloo, but I think we all will remember him as the charming lady's man.
He was very bright & I always told him growing up he was more booked smart than I. He helped me with my home works when I was scared of our mother whooping my hard headed behind.
My favorite childhood fun memory of him is when he deceived me into getting dad's car keys & going for a ride in the car without permission, that day I got the whopping of my life!
Do not think we had the perfect relationship, just like any other siblings we had our Ups & Downs, our fights, our misunderstandings, disagreements & our curse outs. He also would tell me when he thought I was wrong about something & he would always Advice and Council me whether it was needed or not not.
Dilmore was always troublesome at times & he believed in the adrenaline of life, he had fears but they never overpowered the ones he didn't have, he loved taking chances, he weren't ever afraid of taking chances or breaking rules, he loved music, his favorite color was blue, he was a handyman, he enjoyed bartending & of course dancing(especially Punta) he loved to travel & was a die hard sports man (some of you will miss his Visca Barsa post updates on FB) Redsocks were his favorite Baseball team & the Lakers, Chicago Bulls and Celtics were always a Basketball debate whenever they played, he also loved to cook, spending time with people he cared about, he tried his best to support others whenever he could, he was a complete show off at times & every time I tried to rain on his parade he always made me say out loud that he was the most handsome black man I knew(but lets all acknowledge he was indeed a charming handsome black man) he always read his bible, he also knew & understood a couple of languages.
Dilmore made it all the way to his college level, throughout his education years he was always a bright student but always a trouble maker in school, my brother Deandre told me not to forget to mention he was a bully in school & that he always defended him, he was also a part of the Honduras Battallion, he worked his way through the Hospitality & Tourism industry most of his life.
His spirit was set free on March 10th 2019 having lived for 36 years, 4 months and 15 days.
He is survived by his 3 sisters: Eleanor, Minerva & Eartha also his 3 Brothers: Danoval, Alson & DeAndre
