Obituary for Norman Foy
Norman A. Foy was born on July 2, 1941 in Baltimore, Mary- land. He moved to Boston in his late teens where he began his ca- reer as a truck driver for many years. A little later in life he was employed at Boston Medical Center from 1987 where he retired in 2007.
He was married to Bernet E. Foy who preceeded him in death on April 13, 2001. Norman was a loving and devoted father who truly loved his many grand children and had a special place in his heart for all of them. He was known for his humor, generosity and caring nature.
He is survived by two brothers, Donald Foy and Alvin Foy (Juliette), two sisters, Ann Foy and Debra Jones (Paul), 14 chil- dren, Dennis Foy, Francis Foy, Nornam Foy, Jr., Georgia Foy, Ste- ven Foy (Latoya), Pam Alston, Shaughn Alston, Christina Devoe, Carla Devoe, Dennis Stanley, Cherylene Singletary, Ide Singletary (Curline), Darryl Singletary (Michelle) and Michelle Engerman (Craig). His first grand daughter Kimyarna Foy whom was more like his daughter, and many other grand children, great grand children, nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
He is preceeded in death by his parents, James and Georgia Foy, wife , Bernet Foy, sisters, Elsie Mobley and Elenor White and brother, George Foy.
Norman we will miss you but you will always be forever in our hearts. You will live on through our loving memories of you..

There will be a Viewing on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 10:00 to 11:00am followed by Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Church of God In Christ 18 Whittier Street, Roxbury, MA 02119
Interment: Oak Lawn Cemetery
